I’m a Registered Nurse and have been practicing since 2014. I started my career at UCLA Ronald Reagan as a transplant nurse, where I gained valuable clinical experience and a deep appreciation for patient care.
Eventually, I found my passion in aesthetic nursing and began working alongside top injectors across Southern California. With a strong foundation in anti-aging and skincare, my goal is to give each client a refreshed, natural look that enhances their unique features—not changes them.
From Botox and Dysport to Juvederm, Restylane, microneedling, and facial thread lifts, I use a variety of techniques and products to create customized treatment plans tailored specifically to your needs.
Because I love both aesthetic medicine and education, every consultation includes a mini-lesson. I walk you through the how and the why of each treatment so you feel confident, informed, and empowered in your beauty journey. It’s all about building trust and working together to achieve your goals.
I also have a heart for helping aspiring aesthetic nurses. Through my growing YouTube channel and training seminars, I guide professionals looking to break into this incredible field and share everything I’ve learned along the way.

Absolutely! It is a normal part of the healing process, and it will subside over the course of the next few weeks.
The more noticeable swelling will go away within 3-5 days, but it still takes dermal filler about 4 weeks to fully integrate with the surrounding tissue.

PRF varies from PRP in that it has a more concentrated network of platelets, which are rich in growth factors.
Because PRF releases growth factors gradually (vs a more rapid release with PRP), the results are more effective and longer-lasting than traditional PRP.

BOTH! I am a big advocate of treating with different modalities.
This means that you should be thinking of structural support with dermal filler, skin rejuvenation with chemical peels, and a good skincare regimen and collagen production with treatments like microneedling with PRF and/or Sculptra.
All these different modalities offer different effects, but the end result is the same: facial rejuvenation and the best, most long-lasting, and natural-looking results!

HANDS DOWN THE HANDS!
We focus so much on the upper portion of ourselves, that we sometimes forget that our hands can show signs of aging pretty rapidly.
I love treating the hands with dermal filler as well as a skin booster (like PRF) paired with a hyaluronic acid hand cream!
The best part? Results will last almost 2 years! Just ask my mom :)

I think this question is so much more important than who SHOULD get filler.
Aside from someone with a medical history that contradicts dermal filler, dermal filler isn't for those looking for a quick fix.
I find in my years of practicing that someone who wants a "quick fix" and doesn't think this process through properly, doesn't enjoy the dermal filler as they should.
This means that if you come in wanting to treat an area that you think you needs (i.e the lips) and yet you neglect the area surround the lips (i.e chin and shadows in the lower face and even the mid face/cheeks), then you just look like someone who got their lips done.
But if you allow a provider to really assess and focus on all the areas that will eliminate shadows, hydrate and provide support and then, finally, treat the lips...you have a more global approach to your beauty plan and the BEST results! Trust your provider!
