Hi! I'm Vika,
I graduated from a nursing medical program in Ukraine in 1990 and my first job was as a child psychiatry RN. I transferred my Nursing license to the US in 2000, and have gained extensive experience in Cardiology, Cathlab, Vein Clinic, Stress test, and Laser Cosmetology. I also worked at Scripps for 23 years!
My time working in Laser Cosmetology opened my eyes to the world of Aesthetics. First and foremost, I am an artist. I paint in oil and have been doing this all my life. Because I am creative and have medical knowledge, I can bring these skills to my patients.
I view each of my patients as a canvas where I can create something beautiful by restoring and accentuating their naturally balanced look.
My life mission is to make everything around me beautiful.

The number of Botox units used during Botox treatment will not be the same for every patient. It will be customized for each individual according to gender and the strength of a facial muscles. The most common treated areas are forehead, frown areas, happy lines around patient eyes.
-Happy Lines: 10 to 20 units per an eye
-Frown Lines: 20 to 40 units
-Forehead Lines: 10 to 20 units

Dermal filler cause swelling and bruising because the injection process causes minor trauma to the area.
Swelling is just a body response to this trauma as the area heals.
For example, swelling is totally normal and should go down within 2-3 days after lip filler treatment and should subside completely within 2 weeks post treatment.

-Minimize alcohol consumption 48 hours before filler treatments.
- Stop NSAID , fish oil, garlic pills, ginkgo, and vitamin E 1 week before your treatment.
- Start oral arnica 2 days before your treatment. It will help to reduce swelling and bruising.
- Avoid salty food a few days before your treatment.
* If you have a history of cold sores, currently on immunosuppressive treatments, pregnant or breastfeeding, let me know ahead of time.

In general, for:
- Fillers: 6 to 12 months
- Voluma: 2 years
- Botulinum Toxin: 12 weeks
- Botox: 3 to 4 months
